The Confidence Check is a 3 month coaching package. It includes 4.5 hours of dedicated coaching time to be split into a session length and regularity that suits you, with unlimited email / WhatsApp contact in between sessions.

Each session takes place as a walk and talk with Lauren to encourage endorphin production and support processing, or via Zoom from a place that you feel is safe and confidential.

The Colour Me Bold is an intensive 3 month coaching package. It includes 12 hours of dedicated coaching time to be split into 12 x 60 minute weekly sessions with unlimited email / WhatsApp contact in between sessions.
